Daffodils.... Aren't they just the cutest, can't wait to hate flowers??
When I first started farming, I was so excited to be able to order whatever varieties I wanted and really have fun with these ❤️ Like no excuses Tera! Go for it 🤣
But nobody wanted them. 🥹 Thankfully I didn't order as many as I was going to. I started with a hundred of each of the respected or somewhat proven varieties.
People said we don't want them because the necks bend? They droop. They don't last long. They make water goopy. I have them in my gardens, why would I buy them???.... True. All very true.
So many ifs, ands or buts. Handled properly they can defy some of those odds.
I still love them. And next year I plan to grow more of them. Just because.
